LOCAL PICKUP- No farm tours are allowed for biosecurity reasons. We can meet in a public location in Connell or Othello, Washington for the local pick-up option. I may be able to deliver started birds to poultry shows I am attending (this must be prearranged BEFORE purchase!) After purchase, you will receive an email notification with direct contact information to make pick-up arrangements. NO REFUNDS for failure to arrange pickup. If you no-show, you forfeit payment and the birds.

Chicks are checked for physical deformities at hatch. They are monitored for vigor before they leave to their new homes. Due to many factors beyond my control, once they leave my farm, I do not offer replacements or refunds for chick or started bird death.

I do not keep wait lists or take pre-orders for chicks or started birds. I keep my shop updated with what is currently available for sale.

I do not sell ducklings. If ducklings are hatched on the farm, they grow up on the farm.
